Didn't you ever dream of skiing away from marked and groomed slopes, standing on the other side of the fence and enjoy the ride in fresh powder up to your knees?

Freeride is not only a very different skiing sensation and the pleasure of making one's own mark on virgin slopes, it is also an opportunity of enhance your technique and to take a deeper breath away from the crouds of the ski resort!

If you feel that the right time has come, you could not have chosen a better place – the Oisans Valley is a genuine paradise for free skiers and snowboarders! From both biggest ski resorts (Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes) it is easy to reach by cable car long and beautiful off-piste runs, some of which are well adapted for beginners (accompanied by a guide, of course).

For advanced amateurs of fresh powder, the village of La Grave, often called the "Mecca of freeride" is a unique spot on a European scale. The famous Vallons de la Meije offer more than 2 km of vertical drop in a breath-taking high mountain environment. (See here for details about freeriding in La Grave)

If this is not enough for you, we can organise for you a freeride trip to the Mont Blanc massif, where you can ski the legendary Vallee Blanche (18 km of skiing) and where it is also possible (on the Italian and Swiss side) to try heliskiing.
